Parallel and Serial Triggering Capabilities in M1™
M1
is the only solution available to you that provides the flexibility to
qualify your measurements based on bus operation up to 128 channels wide
and up to 16 states deep.
Logic/Scope
triggering on analog and logic channels lets you specify states or a
series of states to qualify your M1 measurement analysis.
- Qualify
your measurements based on the state of your logic bus (up to 32 bits
wide) and/or analog signal conditions (up to 128 channels wide)
- Trigger on an analog signal, a bus state or a series of bus states
- Multi-state triggering; up to 16 patterns deep
- Capture only your device-under-test's operation that you are interested in viewing; excluding other logic states
- Ensure that you are testing your timing diagrams under only the specified conditions
- The trigger functionality can detect a rising edge*, a falling edge*, a logic one, a logic zero or a don't care
- Save frequently used trigger setups to make them easy to reuse when needed
- The "Scope Only," "Single-state" and "State-sequence" are available on all scopes; however, the logic triggering requires the Agilent Mixed Signal Oscilloscope.
*Some manufacturers' scopes do not support rising and falling edge detection; on such scopes, M1 is unable to provide that functionality.
