Sales Employment Opportunities with ASA
The right kind of recent experience and contacts in scope sales can translate into a position leveraging all of that experience selling with ASA. We'll expect you to work hard, and be productive right out of the gate, but we'll make it worth your while to succeed too. We've listed what we're looking for below and there are a some links on the sidebar that can fill you in on what to expect if you do come on board, and more information about the product. What ASA Is Looking For
To be considered, you MUST be able to demonstrate all of the following criteria:
- Your most recent position was as either a sales or field-applications engineer with either Tek, Agilent or LeCroy.
- You MUST be either recently released by them, or have been informed of a termination date that occurs in the next 30 days.
- In that position, you were heavily involved with scopes for at least three years and have contacts that you can call on immediately
- Direct experience with the scope-software market
- An ability to think strategically in developing volume sales. You can go beyond cost to cost and impact
- Ability to plan/approach/execute a one-on-one business discussion with a public-company VP/director. Experience in modeling/quantifying/discussing organization-level impact is essential.
- Primary need is Bay Area/Western US region. Others considered based upon qualifications.
Optional but desired
- Past experience with M1 Oscilloscope Tools or one its OEM variations
- Experience selling enterprise-level software licensing
- Intimate knowledge of the key players in the secondary market, and the market itself.
- MBA or experience in running an organization - big assist in developing a business strategy.
- Finance - Would be a key skill for a business we are looking to deploy later this year
