SuperMAQ – User-defined measurement statistics versus acquisition view
-
M1 Virtual Deep Memory™ introduced (MAQ, SuperMAQ, Record/Playback; Memory aggregation is coming soon)
-
- Reorganized the display for more vertical space in stacked mode – the legend moves to left side instead of below
- ScopeTrack width can now be changed directly
- Zoom To list with quick zoom choices
- Support for PgUp/PgDn/arrows on zoom/pan
- ScopeView Single Y-Axis mode - Turn individual channels on/off
- LogicView changes so it lines up with a single-axis ScopeView
- Markers will now cross over one another and the marker read out will track appropriate
- Ability
to control M1 Oscilloscope Tools™ externally from a user-created
program - New product option for enterprise customers only
- Undo in M1 ScriptBuilder™ (unlimited levels)
-
Flexible text output formatting - User can choose print-pretty or Excel-pretty for text saving
-
New Measurements (now M1 Oscilloscope Tools™ has over 250 measurements)
- Differential risetime/falltime for Negative rail or Both rails
- FFT x-axis Log scaling
-
Support for new oscilloscope families
- LeCroy SDA9000
- LeCroy 18000
- Yokogawa DL9040
- Tektronix DPO/DSA70000
-
Minor Bug Repairs
- Zoom to N Cycles is now working properly at the beginning/end of the acquisition
- MAQ Clear now allows recalculation of units with next acquisitions
- MAQ printing is working properly

-
Delay RjDj (i.e. RjDj relative to an explicit clock)
-
Ability to control M1™ on the scope from another M1™ on a remote machine
-
Ability to run an M1 TestScript™ from an external controller
-
Stepper Motor counting measurement for printer applications
-
Upsample is now controlled in the Channel Settings tab, on the same
dialog where thresholds are set. This Upsample value is now global - it
will affect every measurement where that signal is involved (e.g. a
Period measurement or a Delay RjDj measurement)
-
Delay to N is now available for any Delay measurement in which the clock signal is being Upsampled.
-
All four standard M1™ data file types (VvT, TvT, RAW, TTL) are now
associated with M1™. This means that you can double-click on e.g. a VvT
file, and M1™ will automatically start up and load that file.
-
Save user-defined eye mask -- user defined masks will pull up in the standard masks pull-down list menu
-
Show TestScript report starting with first acquisition, with live update on each acquisition
-
Mode to run exactly N acquisitions/time
-
Mode to put up a 'this computer busy' screen during sequence acquisitions
-
Basic report format is now implemented for Save Multiple feature; the
pre-defined results report template that has a header with info at the
top and then one section for each open View. An image of the View will
be included, along with the basic Stats.
-
Spread Spectrum Clocking (SSC) modulation and magnitude measurement view via external .dll
|

-
Upsample - for use when data and clocks are at different frequencies
-
Delay to N - For upsampled clocks. Enables users to select how many
clock edges to delay to for making jitter measurements.
-
RjDj Decomposition can now be done on Clock signals
-
"Rerun AutoMeasure" button in button drop-list above stats area
-
"Restore Factory Defaults" button in the "Preferences" menu tab
-
Hourglass cursor during potentially long operations
-
Improved upon a Windows-related issue where ToolTips were not always showing up.
-
If SEEj™ detects fewer than 3 complete repetitions of the pattern in a
single acquisition it will treat that measurement as it does "live
traffic" patterns.
-
Improvements to markers usability and readout
-
Eliminated a potential infinite loop in SEEj™
-
Repaired a number of TestScript and ScriptBuilder issues so that
developing and running TestScripts is reliable
-
Fixed a problem where the stats, but not the display, was accumulating for HistoView
-
Corrected a problem where LogicView information was not saving properly
-
Fixed a problem where Markers on a MultiAcqView column plot were not working properly
-
Fixed an issue where the y-axis units on an EyeView were showing as Seconds rather than Volts
