M1 Demo Version

Download the M1™ Waveform Tools™ Demonstration

This demonstration version of M1™ will let you explore all of the features and functionality of M1™ Waveform Tools™ using the provided saved data files and the online training videos.  The demonstration version is not able to take live data from an oscilloscope or digitizer. Instructions:

  1. Due to its use of multi-threading, M1 Waveform Tools requires Windows 2000 or Windows XP (32-bit version only) to work. There are additional requirements for running external to the scope.
  2. Install Microsoft .NET Framework v1.1 if you do not already have it installed under the Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs list. Download the .NET Framework here if you don't have it. You will have to reboot your PC after installing it.
  3. Right-click here to download the M1 Demonstration version package (~96 MB). Choose 'Save Link As...' (Netscape) or 'Save Target As...' (IE) and save the M1_demo.exe file to a known location on your hard drive (e.g. C:\temp).
  4. In Windows Explorer, browse to the download directory and double-click on the downloaded file.
  5. Follow the instructions to install the M1™ Demonstration Version.
  6. If running M1 externally, and you wish to get a free 7-day trial, be sure to connect your scope to your PC.
  7. Run the M1 Demonstration Version by selecting Start | Programs | M1 | M1 Oscilloscope Tools Ultimate Edition | M1-OT. (If running inside an Agilent scope, you can select M1 Jitter Analysis under the scope's Analyze menu).
