Thank you for taking the time to report a problem with M1. While we test M1 extensively, there are always real-world situations that can cause unexpected problems.
After you send the bug report, please send a separate email to tech_support@amherst-systems.com. Attach the M1Log.txt and all XML files from the My M1-OT directory (under Shared Documents in Win XP, Users/Public/Public Documents in Vista/Win 7 or Documents and Settings/All Users/Documents in Win 2000) to that email, and use Bug Report as the subject. If available, please also include any data files that might help us recreate the problem or screenshots that illustrate the issue.
