extend the useful life of the scope and have available all the latest

An
innovative, new dual-slope trigger interpolator provides better
time-interval measurements. The new interpolator improves
equivalent-time resolution and correlates multiple single-shot events
down to 1 ps for ±30-ps timing accuracy.
